Crate is a local marketplace established in May 2017, recognised as the home to some of the most trusted local brands in Saudi Arabia. With one physical store currently in Jeddah, we have a clear vision and mission to support and grow local talents.

Crate is a concept store with a vision to grow independent local brands and build the recognition they deserve. We aim to inspire consumers and creators alike to live more locally. We do this through offering unique services to Craters (The Brands we house) and providing a unique shopping experience to our consumers which keeps them coming back for more. Brands stocked at Crate are carefully selected based on their quality and innovativeness, it is the first official marketplace for local brands only of its kind in Saudi Arabia.

Yes we do! Crate started as a physical store in Jeddah, May 2017. You can still pay it a visit for the true Crate experience.

We ship all over Saudi Arabia and to the GCC. Costs depend on where you are delivering to. Kindly see our delivery and returns page for further information.

Is there a customs charge included in my delivery (international shipments only) ?2019-02-18T15:35:06+00:00

No. Crate will charge you for the products purchased and our delivery charges. Any added custom charges will be billed separately.

Can I collect my order from your store (Jeddah only)?2019-02-18T15:43:43+00:00

Unfortunately, we currently don’t have any shipment to the store.

In the case of an exchange or refund, kindly contact us at orders@crateksa.com within 7 days of your original purchase and we’ll be in contact with you. For further information, please read our Delivery & Returns policy.

At the moment, we cannot do exchanges. However, you can return the item within 7 days of purchase and simply order another.

Yes,  we accept cash on delivery and credit and / or debit card payments (mada is included in this).

In the case of a refund, how soon will I receive my money?2019-02-18T15:52:42+00:00

It will take 30 days for the refund amount to be processed to your account. Kindly note we only refund through the original channel of payment (credit / debit card).
